We are excited to share with you the recent learning activity that our students participated in at the school library called "My Book Beside Me". This activity was aimed at promoting the love of reading and enhancing the students' knowledge about various genres of literature.
During the activity, each student was required to choose a book from the library that interested them and read it over the course of a week. They were then asked to write a short review of the book, discussing the plot, characters, and their overall thoughts about the story.
The activity was not only about reading and writing, but it also encouraged creativity and innovation. Students were encouraged to create book covers and bookmarks for their chosen book, and they even had the chance to design their own book trailers, showcasing their understanding of the story.
Throughout the week, the library was abuzz with students engrossed in their books, sharing their thoughts and ideas with each other. It was wonderful to see our students so engaged and passionate about reading.
The culminating activity of "My Book Beside Me" was a book fair, where students displayed their book reviews and book trailers to their classmates and teachers. It was a great opportunity for students to showcase their creativity and share their love of reading with others.
We are incredibly proud of our students' dedication and enthusiasm towards reading and learning, and we hope that this activity has instilled a lifelong love of literature within them. We look forward to more exciting and innovative learning activities in the future.
